FirePower SuperKids Program A fun, fast paced program for kids who want to grow up healthy, strong, and confident to tackle the challenges they face in sport, play and life. The FirePower CrossFit Super Kids program uses randomized, functional exercises, performed at high intensity. Daily themed workouts include skills challenges, and obstacle courses where they will push, pull, run, throw, lift, climb and jump. Classes are lead by CrossFit certified adults. This program ...
CrossFit Philosophy Seminars – This Fall
Why Should YOU CrossFit? Are you looking for a way to get strong, lose weight and get healthy? Are you an athlete needing elite-level strength & conditioning? Are you simply bored with your current program and looking at other options? Starting this fall, FirePower will host FREE information sessions on the science and benefits of CrossFit training, followed by an optional trial workout. Sessions will run on the first Sunday of each month at 9am- 10am. Sunday September 5th Sunday October 3rd Sunday November 7th Sunday December 5th Reserve your space in a session today!
