		<description>Oh well, chipped 2 more teeth today...smashed the bar into my chin on 4th set at 135lbs.  Ouch...but was very happy, hadn&#039;t done &quot;Bear&quot; since last summer and couldn&#039;t touch 135 then!

Had to do one set of burpees, broke up 135lb /5 reps then 2, last round dropped back to 115

Push hard everyone, just watch your teeth!!
