Four rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
50 Squats

The 2009 CrossFit games in California :

Here’s what we can tell you now about the Individual competition. Day 1 the competitors are completing 5 wods!

Event 1 is a run noticeably longer than last year’s. Teaser video … [wmv] [mov]
Event 2 is a heavy lift in a timed environment.
Event 3 is a run noticeably shorter than last year’s.
Event 4 is something completely different.
Event 5 is a couplet.

    Traps Monday, back Tuesday, shoulders Wednesday…..loved them all!!… but very glad to see todays WOD, good programming this week!!

    Thanks Kimmy, since you animals never do “rest days” then I thought “light day” of many double unders and 400 barf fest runs and a mere 200 air squats would soothe the soul.

    Have fun! It’s a beautiful day to be outside!

    Finished my first ever WOD as prescribed. Hard to believe that when I first started in May I couldn’t run once around the building. Today I did it four times and did 200 squats. I can’t describe how pumped I am with how my fitness level has changed. Thanks to everyone for your help.
