- 25 back squats 95/55
- 4 30m sprints
The power snatches are from the ground to over head , on the last snatch drop the bar behind your head and start your back squats.

Power Squats something more to add to my list of things to learn. Another workout that leaves me breathless.
Great WOD for the legs. It was a good session this morning, everyone pushed themselves. My fear of the power snatch is no more!
The back squats are definitly what hurt today. That and convincing my legs they could run right afterwards.
Nice WOD this morning guys… the ‘brotherhood’ did well. I can’t remember a morning session that only had guys; it must have been a first. See everyone on Monday !
