As many rounds as possible in 20 min of:
- 5 push presses @ 60% of your body weight
- 10 push ups
- 15 box jumps 20″
note: if the racks are used you must power clean it…we need the practice!

Fun WOD morning crew – not bad for a Monday at all.

Georgie…let me be the proud wife…13…he was a machine…now, as for the rest of us…well – let’s just say I’m inching towards the Rx’d for the push press…I’m switching my tactics – forget getting stronger, I’ll just shed a few extra pounds. Then I’ll be golden.
