WOD – Monday January 11th, 2010
“Murph“
For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Holy Sh** Sure picked a good day to sleep past my alarm….I anyone from the 6:30 class alive?
Feels good to be sitting down after this morning BJ. A lot of peeps were missing.. so you weren’t the only one that slept in.

Time was 38:28 almost identical to my last Murphy in the summer, but lost time getting suited up for the outside run.
Way to Gareth .. 36 something! Next time we are dawning the vests!
Daniel I need your help, I’m hoping you can remember my time. Cause I wrote down 46:28. Was I 36:28 or 46:28?

Dawm, I was hoping I was wrong.
I’m on the IR right now and have been missing the 6:30 crew but this workout I can’t say I shed a tear to miss LOL. I drove by on the way to the docs at 7:30 and saw a bunch running their closing mile. Good job! Hope to be back in there soon.
ah yes- that was good fun.
Legs are a TAD sore today.
