Warm-up:
George’s selection

WOD: “Horrible Hundred”
- 25 deadlifts (215M/165W)
- 25 clean & jerks (125M/75W)
- 25 thrusters (85M/55W)
- 25 overhead squats (45 both)
For time. Load the bar with 15s, then 25s, then 45′s. For the ladies, it’s 15s and 45s only. Storm thru the lifts stripping off the plates for each movement. Strip off your own weight.
Accept no help from your friends!

18 minutes. Slow on the cleans. Wrist is still sore from Overhead Squat wod last week.
As poster child for this WOD, I’ve gotta say…..that was frigg’n tough (but well worth it)! Thanks Mark for pushing me through it!
Wheww! That was a tough one! Glad I was able to make it after all! For the 7:00 pm class, I just have to say, you all cease to amaze me – how you grind through those workouts so fast! It’s definitely inspiring for sure! Sorry George for taking you past 8:00 pm, but thanks for not kicking me out!

A great wod with the olympic lifts, we sure need to do more of these types of workouts with the cleans and deads, there are so many fine points to becoming efficient with these movements, that it can take some time to get good at them. Great work everyone!
