WOD: “Griff” with push-ups

For Time:

  • Run 800 m
  • 20 push-ups
  • Run 400 m backwards
  • 20 push-ups
  • Run 800m
  • 20 push-ups
  • Run 400 m backwards
  • 20 push-ups
