- lunges
- sprints (60%)

WOD: “Griff” with push-ups
For Time:
- Run 800 m
- 20 push-ups
- Run 400 m backwards
- 20 push-ups
- Run 800m
- 20 push-ups
- Run 400 m backwards
- 20 push-ups

What a great WOD to start my recovery week with…15:32 without breathing hard. Felt great!

15:00 even. Love the hero W.O.D.’s. If that video doesn’t make you work hard then nothing will.
