That was another great one and running in the rain was refreshing. 38:00.
400 walking lunges? Are you kidding me?! I think I need a wheel chair to go to the Canada Day festivities today. (And I quit after the third round! – So I only did 300) Anyone else feeling any pain today?
I thought my quads were going to explode by the 3rd round. I couldn’t wait to run again although I couldn’t see with all rain on my glasses. that workout sure made me glad that you guys are closed today so my legs can recover:D
