WOD: 1 round of:![]()
- 50 burpee box jumps
- 50 ball slams (20/14)
- 50 sit-ups
- 50 KB swings 1 pood
- 50 jumping pull-ups
- 50 push press (bar only)
- 50 calorie row
- 50 double unders
- 50 super mans (1 second holds)
- 50 jumping air squats
Reminder starting this week, the 9:30am classes are shifting to a 10am start for the balance of the summer. Also, we are closed on Wednesday for Canada Day.

I would love to have some company, would be so nice to have a Firepower group out competing- and remember you can scale workouts if you have to- this is about YOU and your personal best, not about where you rank next to the others, come out and challenge yourself!! The deadline to sign up for the challenge is TODAY!!! Just do it!
I haven’t felt like that after a WOD in a long time. That was a good one, the gym was so alive. I second that Neil, awesome job Jenn with the motivation.
