Nancy Trevena has just returned from her 2week European tour which included a stop at CrossFit Manchester.  Now they know where to find FirePower, and they have a cool shirt to show it!  Welcome home Nancy!

    you got that right jim!!!did it at work today not sure of time ( watch stopped ) but i didnt think i was going to be able to finish due to the two stumps i call legs…STUPID RACE!!!see you all in the gym tomorrow…RIGHT!!!!
