AMRAP in 30 min

  • 15 K2E (knees to elbows)rope-climb
  • 15 KB swings
  • 15 Ring or regular push-ups
  • 1 Rope climb
  • 15 Wall ball (20/14)
  • 15 Lateral jumps over hurdles

Here’s a quick flick on rope climb demos from CFHQ (CrossFit Headquarters).  Safe climbing!

    Hey Jim – it stands for knees to elbows when hanging from the pull-up bars. :)
