WOD July 3
AMRAP in 30 min
- 15 K2E (knees to elbows)

- 15 KB swings
- 15 Ring or regular push-ups
- 1 Rope climb
- 15 Wall ball (20/14)
- 15 Lateral jumps over hurdles

Is anyone else feeling the effects of this one today?? My pecs are so tired and sore from all the ring push ups. And George, I hate those damn dung beatles!!
