Sooooooo is there a reason why my 35lb kettle bell that I have at home seems WAY heavier than the 35lb ones at the gym? Seriously…… (Brian, Chris and Geo – YES I LOOKED AT THE WEIGHT, IT IS 35lbs!) And yesterday, as Dan and Kim can attest, I was able to do several double unders without stopping after each one! YAAAY ME!
Way to go Julie for getting those double unders – it takes time, but keep at it.
I agree that your KB at home feels heavier than the ones at the gym, so you aren’t super crazy (just a little crazy…)
Day 9, 100 DONE. Who’s still in? We are approaching the 1000 milestone tomorrow! Killer wod today, shouldn’t have done my 100 right before it!
That was a tough WOD.
I’m still in on the push ups. 100 done today.
I’m still in Dan- my 100 are done. Though, I still have to make up for Feb 1st/2nd.

Still doing the push-ups. Me and Chris started a week behind, so we are doing 200 a day this week, 250 the next week, and 300 a day for the final week of Feb.
Power Cleans are my favourite. I thought I should post that one of my 2010 goals was completed today -> 100 consecutive double unders. Next up, 10 muscle ups in a row and beating George in an arm wrestle.
Very tough WOD today. I must have been doing it very wrong as my back is killing me tonight. 19:46 with 115lbs and green band on ring dips.

Way to go Jules on the double unders and Roge on getting 100 double unders…I’m gonna try getting 100 in next time.
Tonights WOD felt awesome I can definitely say that after doing 45 squat cleans that I have gotten over my mental block of squatting with 95lbs. Now I just have to get over the mental block of squatting with 125lbs.

I don’t remember if I did Grace last time perscribed b/c I’m pretty sure the “95″ seemed too scary of a weight… but the squat cleans actually felt good today! Anyone up for Grace on Sunday… ?
Now only if my double unders were as good…
