    there is a reason why i am going to CF 4-5 days a week…Becuz if i was going to a big box gym, or using the bowflex in my bsmt, I would NEVER push myself to the verge of tears for the sake of working out. Here I get to see what I am really capable of and it is usually a hell of a lot more than I thought it would be. Nothing worse than untapped potential….

    Tonya is a great example of trusting the program, sticking with it and seeing real, tangible, awesome results….I remember her first day…what a different girl I met just a few months ago…oh and not to mention that her hubby is also sporting a six pack as well…saw it on Saturday, couldnt help but mention…
    also wondering why BJ’s hangovers are always on Mondays??? Your Sundays must be a hell of alot more interesting than mine!!!!

    19:29 Rx’d, though the double unders were all quite sad attempts!
    At first, I was completely terrified of the thrusters, remember back to that day when we did the mile run sandwich with the heavy thrusters + box jumps + kb swings in the middle, but whatever we’ve worked on in between now and then has helped me SO much! They didnt feel nearly as gruesome as I remember them!
    So thanks to all the trainers who have been helping me with my form and such ! =)
