Just hanging out during my visit to FirePower!
100 done for today and also did yesterday.
Daniel, sorry I missed you this morning (6:30am). I slept in. I think it was those 100 late night pushups.
Was really feeling it today. Managed to exceed and make a new personal best in all three lifts. SP — 155lbs, PP — 165lbs and PJ 145lbs.
inspiring 9:30 class! I can truly see people getting stronger from the increased strength days, love it!
Day 5, 100 DONE!
