WOD – April 7th, 2009

“Double Tabata Something Else”
Complete 48 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats.
There is a one minute break between exercises.
For the second set of Tabata, it will consist of 4 intervals as above.
What is Tabata?
For twenty seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can – then rest 10 seconds.
Repeat this seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes total exercise.
The score is the least number of reps for any of the eight intervals. Bring your training books!

sounds like fun…wish I were there. OK, not really. Minuse the push-ups, I could do that one here in the hotel…hmm, maybe tomorrow.
For today’s Vegas hotel CF, I chose “invisible Dianne”. 42 air squats-21 hspu, 30 air squats-15 hspu, 18 air squats-9 hspu, in 3:25…ouch…thank god for high ceilings!
