March 22: Cardio Gone Bad

Complete 3 x 5-minute rounds, spending one minute at each movement in each round. Take a one minute rest between rounds. Score is total reps.

  • Row (cal)
  • Box Jumps (24”)

  • Burpees
  • 10m Suicide Run (1 point for every 10 m)

What an amazing weekend – and amazing performances by our FirePower athletes! Win, lose, or draw, they all put in some spectacular efforts, making us all proud of their efforts on the CrossFit battlefield!

CONGRATULATIONS to Dan Rogers who just missed out on top 15 , with an amazing 17th place finish.  Other finishes were: Andrew Gawley 29th, Chris Christensen 49th, Daniel Sonsini 60th, Sarah MacGregor 19th, Louise Jarvie 26th.

    Should be at the gym tonight or tomorrow and then back on track for Friday, doing the 150/day sqauts still.
