42:20. Those were a lot of pullups to do at the end. Good job to everyone there in the AM.

41:50. This took longer then expected. You just have to keep plugging away, without focusing too much on the total reps. Hit it hard this afternoon, good luck.
I entered bizzaro world today.
I completed 150 pullups!
I convinced Tammy to grunt today and she did! I think she liked it!
I put about 5lbs of tape on my hands in hopes of not ripping. I ripped anyways.
After crossfit, I, miss rule follower, jumped the long St Patrick’s Day lineup and snuck into Ned Divines!
George got picked up by two hot young chickiees (he says thank you Crossfit!)
Carmen: one grope at the bar by some old guy…could have got that without Crossfit!
There was no line up in the woman’s washroom but finally a line up in the men’s washroom.
Did I bump my head while doing today’s workout? Did this all really happen?

Thanks Carm the grunting did help me get through the last set of pull ups. Somehow it gives that extra strength and energy. Sorry bri for daydreaming so much during the pull ups.
