Team FirePower conducts an intensive summer program for hockey players. Strong focus is placed on progressive strength improvement, superior cardio conditioning, athletic assertiveness, intensity, and emotional intelligence to play at a professional hockey level. Athletes are expected to be committed to every workout, maximize their training time, and work in a team environment through the majority of workouts.

Senior Summer Hockey Program
- Ages 16 & up
- Referral or invite only: primarily for OHL and NHL athletes.
- Special allowances can be made on individual assessment of skill, commitment, and coachability.
- 5 days per week of Olympic lifting, CrossFit, Boxing, and on-ice training.
- Training starts in early morning between 7:30am and 10am. Timeslots depend of group assignments.
- July & August. Early start available in May for athletes who have completed school.
- $2,000 + HST

Junior Summer Hockey Program
- Ages 13 to 15
- Training includes Olympic Lifting techniques and skill development, CrossFit core strength & conditioning, and boxing training for confidence and coordination.
- Training time is mid to late morning and depends on group assignment.
- 8 weeks of training; July 5 to August 27, 2010
- 4 sessions / week; Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri 11:00am to 12:00pm
- $1100+HST.
Special Option for 2010: Junior athletes may participate in ice sessions. Additional cost $250. Ice takes place on Wednesday mornings.

Introduction to Off-Season Training
- Ages 10 to 12 – suitable for Minor Atom & Peewee
- Training will introduce athletes to Olympic Lifting techniques and skill development, CrossFit core strength & conditioning, and boxing training for confidence and coordination.
- 6 weeks of training; July 13 to August 19, 2010
- Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:00pm to 1:00pm
- $300+HST.

Small Group Training/Hockey Camps
- Available for any age and skill level
- Flexible training times: days, evenings, weekends
- Groups of 3 to 10 athletes per session (5 session min)
- Costs: $30 ea for groups of 3 to 5; $25 ea per groups of 6 to 10.
