Sunday  10am to 12 pm

The gym will be staffed but this will not be an instructor led training day.  You will have a workout posted on the board that you should follow.

Once you sign up for a time (12:15pm or 6:30pm) we ask that you try to attend the majority of your sessions at that time.  We can accommodate time changes during your four weeks as long as you let us know and we are not booked solid on the other times.

Next Session starts:

March 9th – April 1st, 2010

Baseline assessment:

Even if you never want to know what you weigh we need to know about any health conditions or concerns that you have.

The following will be completed at your assessment:

You will also perform a baseline cardio /strength test.  This will be  a manageable amount of exercise and will give us two bits of info:

1)    your ability and comfort level

2)    a baseline set of numbers so when we retest you at the end, you will have some comparisons

Each class has a specific plan.  The general layout for each time you arrive is as follows.
