This might have to be done in shifts to offset the ring dip times. Stagger yourself accordingly.

Sunday Trail Run :
More info to follow, but tentatively there will be a trail run going on from the 401 and Trafalgar Road car park at 8:30 on Sunday Morning. Stay tuned!
WOD – May 17th, 2009
Firepower is closed today, and will also be closed for the holiday Monday.
There is however a trail run leaving from the Tim Hortons just north of the 401 at highway 25 at 9:30 a.m. on the Monday. See Brian and George there, just come out and try trail running, all skill levels welcome! Leave those white sneakers in the closet, as your feet may get wet or muddy.
