For Time:

Row 1,000 Meters on the Concept 2 rower

Run 800 meters

50 Ring Dips

100 Pullups

150 Jumping Slamball

Run 800 meters

Row 1,000 Meters on the Concept 2 rower

This might have to be done in shifts to offset the ring dip times. Stagger yourself accordingly.

WOD – May 17th, 2009

running-in-rainFirepower is closed today, and will also be closed for the holiday Monday.

There is however a trail run leaving from the Tim Hortons just north of the 401 at highway 25 at 9:30 a.m. on the Monday.  See Brian and George there, just come out and try trail running, all skill levels welcome! Leave those white sneakers in the closet, as your feet may get wet or muddy.

Sunday Bodyweight workout of the day

500 push ups for time

Posts times and or sets of rounds

Keep chipping away at this one, but get it done!

Good old Cheerios has been accused or misleading health claims on their boxes. . It is really hard to go wrong with eating whole unprocessed “real” food.
