CROSSFIT Classes
NEW MEMBERS: You are required to complete the CROSSFIT FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM for your safety. A good foundational knowledge of each lift is vital to success during workouts. This will also save time for everyone in the regular classes by limiting technical instruction time.
Recreation Boxing Classes: For ages 12 & over. No contact required. Gloves are available for use, however it is strongly recommended you buy hand wraps for sanitary purposes.
NOTE: Any member participating in boxing is required to purchase a $10 Boxing Ontario membership for insurance to be renewed annually. Forms and payment are at front desk.
