10 Reasons NOT to Train At FirePower Training
“I’m new to FirePower, where do I start?”
- New to CrossFit? Start with our CrossFit Foundations Program. All members must complete this program before joining the scheduled CrossFit classes.
- Looking at boxing? Come to any boxing class in the schedule (no experience needed). We have all equipment for you.

Age Restrictions:
- CrossFit Classes: minimum age is 15 unless you are coming with your sports team
- Boxing Classes: minimum age is 13, unless you are with a parent and/or with your sports team

What to bring:
- Gym clothes – whatever you want – we’re not picky!
- A DIFFERENT pair of running shoes to wear inside. No outside shoes allowed on the training floor in the winter season.
- Water, water, water! Then some extra water for after your workout…trust us!

Think again… Our FirePower family is the most welcoming you’ll find in town! In every class we have people from age 12 to 65 working side by side, some fit, some working to get there. Either way, no one is left out and no one is left behind!
