Getting Started
“I’m new to FirePower, where do I start?”
- New to CrossFit? Come out to one of our CrossFit Philosophy Sessions to learn about CrossFit. Not required, but helpful and includes an optional free trial workout.
- All CrossFit members must complete CrossFit Foundations Program before joining scheduled CrossFit classes. If you are transferring from another CrossFit affiliate, you can likely bypass the Foundations program.
- Looking at boxing? Come to any boxing class in the schedule (no experience needed). We have all equipment for you.

Age Restrictions:
- CrossFit Classes: minimum age is 15 unless you are coming with your sports team
- Boxing Classes: minimum age is 13, unless you are with a parent and/or with your sports team

What to bring:
- Gym clothes – whatever you want – we’re not picky!
- Shoes. No outside shoes allowed on the training floor in the winter season.
- Water, water, water! Then some extra water for after your workout…trust us!

Think again… Our FirePower family is the most welcoming you’ll find in town! In every class we have people from age 12 to 65 working side by side, some fit, some working to get there. Either way, no one is left out and no one is left behind!
