		<description>I agree with Brian, working out will give you half the results, the rest of it comes from your self discipline and structured eating routine. Eating healthier doesn&#039;t take any more time, it just takes wiser more informed choices.

		<description>Hey guys, just to let you know, soon we will be offering a complete nutrition and diet program at Firefpower and IMFIT...it will involve keeping a food diary exactly as Brian has described it.  So if you are interested in doing this, might as well start tracking what you eat now! Make sure to write down the quantities of everything you eat and drink and the brand names of any processed foods so an accuarte analysis can be done.
The one thing I find from my experience in providing nutrition plans to people is that even tough they think they are eating a healthy and balanced diet, when I actually do the analysis of what they are eating many are far from healthy...I guess the reason is there are so many conflicting theories of what and how to eat out there that it cn be very confusing.  Hopefully I will be able to help you reach your goals!! Stay tuned!!
