Good technique? This doesn&#039;t look too different than what I see many of the people doing the split jerk doing but I could be wrong. I&#039;d like to hear a yay or nay on these guys so I can fix my form as needed.

They are not going as low as you demo&#039;ed this morning George, but it seems to be getting the job done.

MONITOR: What size are you looking for? I have a couple spare at home. I&#039;ll trade one for a touque or tshirt :)

Another message: To all the trainers and members I&#039;ve had classes with over the past 4 months, THANK YOU!
I had this past weekend, my first baseball practice of the season. Not only was my team impressed with the weight I&#039;ve dropped (28lbs) but my strength speed and flexibility has increased dramatically. I actually had to move up the box as my swing speed had me ahead of the ball and was hitting the ball harder with less effort. 
So thank you to everyone for the push and encouragement and helping me not to suck at life, or baseball :)</description>
