30 ball slams ( without the slam ) 20/14

10 chest to bar Pull ups
10 Overhead Squats (95/65)
400 m run

note. the ball slams are performed as normal without letting go of the ball,if you drop or rest the ball on your feet …penalty..start back at zero!
