How is FirePower CrossFit different from other gyms?

First off, you have to see the facility to understand why. The layout is different, the equipment is different, the classes are different. Your monthly rate for a regular box gym simply gets you in the door. You then have to plan, motivate and execute your own workouts unless you work with a personal trainer everyday. At FirePower CrossFit, we plan and lead workouts that change every day using our unique equipment. Each time you come there is a trainer that teaches, encourages, and pushes you so that you are able to see results quickly.

How will I know I’m seeing results?

The nice thing about CrossFit is that you can tell exactly what your results are, and put a number to them in a very real and quantifiable way. The workouts we do are timed, or the reps are counted so that from workout to workout, and month to month you can track your results and see a measurable difference.

I’m not in great shape can I still do the workout?

Simple answer, yes. Every workout can be tailored to your specific level and skill set. The trainers teach every lift and exercise, and will help you through every workout. The best thing about CrossFit is that you will get out of it what you put into it. The harder you push yourself the better the results will be.
