Mark Arnold – Certified CrossFit Trainer
I have been crossfitting since 2007 where I started out of my garage. I really enjoy showing people the methodology of CrossFit and I could spend all day at FirePower teaching people new and great things. I have always loved being active and competitive, this is what drew me to CrossFit. FirePower’s system is great and I love how it continually finds my weaknesses and is constantly varied, which is good because I have a short attention span!
- Growing up Mark was a wrestler, varsity rugby player (UWO), and mountain biker, that competitive drive led him into the world of adventure racing. After being bitten by the adventure racing bug, Mark and his wife Heather started the Emergency Services Adventure Race and have since founded Hark Events Inc. which hosts numerous trail running and adventure racing events.
