About FirePower

FirePower Training Inc is one of the newest and one of the largest CrossFit Affiliates in Ontario. We are extremely proud to be part of a growing CrossFit Family.  FirePower CrossFit is the 2nd location for Team FirePower.  Initial training began in Cambridge, Ontario in 2005.  Within 2 years, Team FirePower built the largest recreation boxing facility in Ontario. Since opening FirePower CrossFit in Milton Ontario during June 2008, Team FP is continuing their quest for bringing a whole new concept of fitness to North Halton & beyond!

FirePower Boxing is a member of the Canadian Amateur Boxing Association (CABA), and an active member of Boxing Ontario.

Our trainers bring a variety of skills and experience to Milton including professional football, championship amateur boxing, national level rugby, international equestrian riding, and more!
